Communicate with Participants, Teams and coaches and deliver a professional and precise tee off schedule with no scheduling discrepancies, duplicate pairings or a participant scheduled in two places at the same time. Supply the latest info and updates to teams , players, parents and fans. Deliver a concise Tee time scheduling itinerary package with Tee assignments , pairing partner names, and venue directions. Leveraging the power of Google Maps and with over 117,000 certified locations and 14,000 available golf courses with course layouts and even hole topography, in our database your participants will not be showing up to an empty parking lot across town wondering where everyone is. The Golf Tour Manager not only schedules according to rules you set but even takes travel time from venue to venue if you are using more than one course on a particular day into account during the automated scheduling process, and if necessary, supply's venue to venue directions to the participants , parents and fans as well.

Your Tour Home Page is auto generated and allows you to easily edit the information or add additional information. Participants / Schedules and Directions / Results are all presented on the Golf Tour micro-sites home page that is automatically generated. At any point during the event you can edit the event Home page and add additional information or changes. You can also arrange the home page to deliver different information at different intervals during the event such as highlights, scores and standings once the event has commenced.
Setting up a tournament is as easy as answering a few key questions. Like Event name, participants per pair, Tee off interval, what age groups you are inviting to your event, the amount of holes per round, the amount of rounds per day, event pricing ...etc.

Easily manage on-line registrations and payments

Increase your event participation attendance through 24/7 online registration and collect payments through secure & encrypted processing technology. Manage all aspects of the payment process with powerful reporting tools integrated into the management system. Create match play teams and assign them a color for the event. Color coding makes teams and match play participants easy to follow for your fans and easy to track for the administrators.

With over 117,000 certified venues, and 14,000 golf courses with course layout, topography and details to the tee level, scheduling your location, course and tee times is a breeze. Navigable by GPS or Google maps integrated within our database your participants and parents will appreciate the level of information and the visual reference and detail of the course and holes they will be playing, not to mention finding the event location and not getting lost trying to get there.
Manage Schedules
By using Web 2.0 features, and once the system auto generates your schedule you can make adjustments by dragging and dropping certain matches where you want them. Match play is automatically created based on your preset rules and seeding. Schedules are automatically posted to the public side once you finalize them and decide to publish them. Side form being available immediately on the site, they are also personalized and delivered to each and every participant on the administrator or event organizers behalf at the touch of a button.

Powerful pairing and Scheduling Management Capabilities

Our scheduling and pairing module allows tournament organizers to schedule pairings and assign tee times online in minutes. Our automated scheduling takes into account rules you set in the tournament setup process. Rules like the pairing interval, holes per round and rounds per day including tee assignments and what tee to tee off form, The length and duration of the over all tee offs to make sure you are in control of your time on the course. By setting the course start and end times the system will calculate and inform you if you have enough time or not. You can then adjust your pairing interval or tee of times accordingly to make sure all participants tee off within the right time frame to complete the round(s) for the day. No more over scheduling or under scheduling events. Honor and accommodate requests easily during the scheduling process by dragging a participant to the desired time and avoid any conflicts. Generate tentative schedules for distribution amongst event organizers. Once confirmed lock the schedule and publish it. The system communicates with every participant and delivers a personalized tee-off schedule and direction documents on the organizers behalf that can be forwarded to family members, eliminating any confusion of where the schedule is posted and if it is accurate. In the event their is a schedule change or update The schedule is also automated and redistributed automatically as well.
Match play Individual or Team
D1Scout is the only platform that allows selection of the type of event in the event setup process. You can set up medal or stroke play and also setup Match individual or team play all with in the same interface. In addition if you decide to change the event mid stream you can, do that with out missing a beat and the system will reconfigure itself with new interfaces for pairing scheduling and scoring. The system also allows for stroke, four ball, best ball and any other type of scoring you may require. In addition you can assign age groups to tees and certain holes. This can also be done at the individual pair level as well.
Medal play scheduling and pairing is just as easy with drag and drop pairing adjustments, custom hole and tee assignments keep your events fair and moving smoothly. Once the schedule is generated the pairing tee times are presented on the event micro-site under the listed round schedules tab, in addition the scoring interface is created in the administration section accessible to administrators for real time scoring, and an electronic score card ( pictured above ) is created for each and every participant.
